Default steak recipe

I have always thought myself a fairly good cook, however I have flat run short on ideas. Bought a pack of steak, eight to the pack. tried a few different marinades which all worked good but I have two steaks left and need some ideas to bring this package to a close. Who has a great marinade or cooking method that I can finish this pack of steak up with.

The one I have is pretty simple but I like to use Dales on my steak. Usually let it merinate for about 1 hr prior to cooking and then I try to use some seasoning that will enhance the flavor something like a little garlic salt, there are a few good steak rubs out there too but throw it on a grill take some green peppers, onion, potatoe and some other vegies and grill those too. Cook the steak how you like it, put in on a plate throw a little garlic bread next to it or some TEXAS toast you got yourself a meal.

My family's favorite is to take the steak and marinate in italian dressing for a few hours or day before. Cut it up into strips and put in the black iron skillet. Add table spoon olive oil and cup of wine, white or red, whole sliced onion and whole sliced green pepper. lemon pepper seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, oregeno, and season to taste. Cook on medium until meat is brown and onions are clear and pepper is limp. Add cup of more wine, terriakki or wistishire and place on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Cook up pot of rice and green veggie, place the meat and sauce on the rice or on the side and put lots of pot liquer on your rice. I do this with venison also and the kids beg for it. Enjoy

Marinate your steak in Dales. Put your steaks on the grill and sprinkle on the Everglades. You won't need any salt & pepper, just apply on both sides. It's not as strong as Dales so you can put it to it about as strong as you would your salt & pepper. Enjoy
