    Default The opener

    Spent a a week chasin deer with the smokepole but no luck but it still was a great 7 days of wandering around in the woods

    Now the opening of goose and duck was much better. Went with a couple of buds and I was darn proud of Macey she was set on high and more then ready for what ever the days would bring

    She was so happy her dad put that smokepole away and got out the shotgun that meant she could go!!!!! She LOVES her dad for that

    Now something that had never happened to me in all the years I've hunted this area was 4 specks flew in and none left Never seen one here let alone shoot them

    Over the 3 days we hunted geese she got some good work outs chasin those one with just a broke wing then would dive again and again

    Well tomorrow we'll be gone hunting again hopefully a few more birds will start to fly so far it's been a little slim but it still beats workin for a livin......
