Looks like all is good in NASCAR

Stewart used a curse word after winning the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard and was fined $25,000 and 25 driver points. However, NASCAR spokesman Kerry Tharp said Harvick will not be penalized for using the word "ass" on live television.

"It doesn't violate FCC [Federal Communications Commission] regulations," Tharp said.

And Tharp doesn't expect any penalties to come from the shoving match between the two drivers either.

Inconsistent. I didn't think should have been fined for that, but the whole blocking JPM and almost getting his own azz kicked maybe deserved a fine. The only thing I think they should be fined for is cheating. They need to have set rules with set penalties for breaking such rules. They suspended Robby Gordon ( I'm not a fan of his) and that was BS. NASCAR messed that one up bad ,but didn't have the nuts to say "We messed up". I wish they showed more dirt racing on tv. Too many rules and conduct codes. What ever happened to "Run what you brung , and hope you brung enough".

How many more races does ESPN cover? I hope not the rest of the season. I will defiantly get the hot pass next year.

Montoya is a hack!!

He does not respect the racing and he does not know when to give or take, but expects everyone else to get out of his way.

Being nice to the little hispanic racer has come to an end. No other rookie would have been given this much slack, but the big experiment for NASCAR must not be meddled with by the veterans.

Its time to do a little more rubbing in a pack!!!
