Dove season started today in the Lone Star State! Who went? How was is? Any other states start today?
All the farms around our area are already full or closed out this season. Anyone know of any available dove fields in central florida or a little farther north for Saturdays opener of the first phase or maybe an afternoon hunt sunday??? Thanks, WEBFT2 is going to North Dakota next weekend...

Well the duck hunting had gotten slow so we put donw the 3"#4's and picked up a couple of boxes 8's and decided to kill a couple limits of snipe. I have to thank Snipeshooter for the hunt.
Can someone tell me if there is a good field around to do some dove hunting? I would like to take my son because he loves to hunt dove but the field I usually hunt at has decided not to do it this year.
